Three ways in, no integration required
Most schedules already exist somewhere machine-readable — a published iCal, a CSV export, a public schedule page. The hub meets them where they are.

Runs you can audit
Every fetch is recorded: what was retrieved, what parsed, what yielded. Every ingested payload is archived raw before anything touches it, so any run can be replayed after a parser improves — replay is a feature here, not a rescue.
Watched pages get drift detection: when a site quietly redesigns, the run is held for review instead of publishing garbage. A feed that errors shows the error on its row, not in a log you cannot see.
Ranked, not trusted equally
A feed becomes a ranked source: the platform that runs a competition outranks a club calendar, which outranks a public source. Rank is what settles conflicts — a correction is an observation from a ranked source, never a hand-edit.
